No place in Derna is safe from the indiscriminate shelling, the whole city is in the LNA’s heavy artillery range.

The entire city is without water

Starvation of civilians must not be used as a method of warfare, the LNA is cutting all supplies on Derna since the beginning of the military offensive. Patients are suffering at the city’s only operating hospital due to severe shortage in medical stuff and basic needs.
